To check the dryer temperature,oven, dozer, vaccum chamber & tank pressure & heat.

Transfer the washcoat & Check the connections using SCADA Panel.

Install the Piston and adjustments should be properly made.

Monitor the Piston and frequently change the damaged parts, in order to avoid the substrate damage.

Robotic Arms should be carefully monitored, or else manual process will take place.

To check FPI (First Part Identification) for Quality Control(QC)

Checklist should be maintained properly.

Dripmark should be removed.

Stamping, Barcode should be done & QC Check have to be done for all substrate.

Project Name: Investigation Of Dissimilar Joints of Magnesium Alloys using Friction Stir Welding.

Role: Team Leader

Team Size: 3

Project Duration: 3 Month

Project Detail - Two dissimilar Magnesium Alloys were welded by Friction

Stir Welding and its properties were studied by taking certain tests.The

onion ring formation, pin - driven material flow and shoulder - driven

material flow are analysed through the macro structures of the joints.

Welded zone was studied under various tests like macroscopic

analysis, microscopic analysis, hardness test and tensile test.
