Project Management of PV Solar Power projects, planning, executing, monitoring, cost controlling and closing of projects. Accountable for the entire project scope, project team, resources. Responsible for monthly Billing/Revenue and Payment collections from Customers.

Ensure adherence to the power projects EPC Contract specifications/drawings/layouts, project regulatory requirements, as well as to ensure a smooth integration with other equipment/systems components. Coordination & resolve all design and engineering issues and managing commercial and contractual issues, have overall responsibility for the budget, schedule, QA/QC, safety standards. Coordinate multiple contractors at various stages of the project. Manage the day to day activities of team of Commissioning Engineers, Supporting and Managing commissioning operations and Commissioning Program, Coordination with sub-contractors and sub-vendors/suppliers to ensure smooth and safe pre- commissioning, commissioning, start-up and performance testing, Review commissioning procedures, grid code test procedures, and start up plans.

Daily shift operation of 8x300 MW Oil fired power plant including start-up/shutdown operations, follow national grid operator instructions, log recording, weekly turbine routine testing of TG units, issue of work permits, equipment/systems isolations, daily plant performance reports generation. Erection, testing and commissioning of the Electrical systems/equipment including HT/LT switchgear, Generator transformers, UTs/UATs, 220KV AIS and 220V DC and UPS Systems. Construction, erection, testing and commissioning of Electrical equipment/systems in various Process plants of Ammonia, Urea and Off-sites, 132KV Main Receiving SS & 15MW captive power plant, O&M of Electrical equipment of HT/LT switchgears, HT/LT motors & Dist. Sub-Stations. Also worked as shift-charge in Captive Power Plant.

Detail vendor drawing/document reviews of Generator packages, Transformer packages, HV/LV switchgear, HT/LT motors, DC, UPS, Diesel Generators, HT/LT cables, earthing, lighting and equipment layouts. Able to lead technical staff and capable to taking decisions. Document the maintenance works and prepare technical reports as and when required
