Organizational Profile: - The organization owns a 180MW HEP at Bajoli Holi, Dist Chamba (Himachal Pardesh)

The position reports to AGM

Responsible For:-

Regular inspection & testing of incoming materials at site.

Field suitability test of shotcrete.

Inspection of ongoing construction activities and carry out as per QA/QC norms.

To ensure site works such as reinforcement, shuttering, line & level, Safety terms as per technical specification and relevant IS/ASTM Codes.

Established In-house Laboratory to perform the quality test at site.

To initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformity relating to the systems/ workmanship.

Supervision the works as per the approve FQP/Checklists/Method Statements of activities.

Handling Q.C. Lab. and Batching plant (H3N & CP30 Type Schwing stetter 30cum/hour &120cum/hour).

Testing fresh concrete at site like slump test, Air content test, temperature & cube casting.

Involve in Pre pour inspection and clearance for Contractor.

Inspection on daily basis before and after concrete pouring.

Involve in maintain of quality documents as per ISO requirement.

Checking monthly report and MTC as per IS codes.

Coarse aggregate: - Gradation, Crushing test, Impact test, Abrasion test, Soundness test, Flakiness & elongation test, Specific gravity, viscosity of cement grout by marsh cone, Silt content, Water absorption, Moisture content.

Fine aggregate: Sieve analysis, Specific gravity, Silt content, Moisture content.

Perform at site soil compaction test by sand replacement method & core cutter method for 12km access road.

Periodically calibration of all lab apparatus and batching plant as per BIS acceptance criteria.

Vital role play in Mix Designs.

Play vital role in pouring 500cum concrete in one shift.
