Duties and Responsibilities as Physical therapist
1.Evaluates Patient's cognitive, perceptual and motor assets and liabilities for functional performance.

3.Assists with medical procedures and reports changes in the patient's condition and progress related to plan of care.
4.Establishes realistic and measurable goals that are culturally sensitive, and identifies nursing interventions to achieve the goals.
5.Plans and organizes patient care activities on a daily basis.
6.Transcribes physician's orders and reviews nursing and medical orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
7. Prepares, administers, and documents the administration of oral, parental and topical medications as prescribed by the physician.
8.Intervenes appropriately in clinical emergency situations, initiates emergency resuscitative measures and assists with codes.
Duties and Responsibilities as a Clinical Instructor:
1.Supervise student nurses in their Related Learning Experiences in the Base Hospital and other affiliating hospitals.
2.Teach pediatric, obstetrical, medical-surgical and psychiatric nursing to third-year students.
3.Facilitate Lectures/Theories related to Nursing Practice.
4.Develop effective learning activities and evaluation tools/criteria for theory and clinical teaching
