Duties and Responsibilities:

● Monitoring and operating all control room computer systems including fire panel, card access, CCTV, elevator controls, Real suite, lighting controls, building automation system.

● Responding to emergencies and dispatching Security Guards as necessary.

● Develop and annual review of comprehensive Threat Assessments, Crisis Response Plans and Life Safety Plans for the property.

● Produce internal reports and tenant communication.
