In the largest hospital of the western Saudi Arabia region lead and oversee the critical care department. The central goal is to develop a collaborative and efficient workplace adding value to the nursing care, follow international standards, evidence based with specific attention to quality and safety care.
As nursing director to 112 ICU Beds and a hospital with 1500 bed capacity. It was part of senior management body of one of the largest emergency and critical care hospital in Makah, with more than 15000 critical care patient / year as Makah is the Muslim pilgrim city. Have been managing a team of over250 staff, including students at different levels of apprenticeship, overseeing the hiring and recruitment process, training and developing the professional growth of the team
Achieved the accreditations of the unit in conjunction with the rest of the hospital, for (JCIA) in March 2016 and 2019. In addition, achieved the accreditation from Central Board of Accreditation of Healthcare Institution ( CBAHI) in April/2018
On 17th October 2019 the unit received an award by Quality department as the top third safety culture unit with score of 48% against 52% on the first position. In addition, ten members of the team received individual awards for their performance in promoting safety culture
Is member of Peer Review Committee for analyses of morbidity in critical care case, according with the identification of harm.
