Singapore manufacturing plant manufactures CWI tools for oil & gas rigs like Liner Hanger, Safety Valves, Production packers, Flow Control, Fishing tools & other Wellbore tools with annual shipments of 100m USD to customers across Middle East,Asiapac,Australia,Russia,India,China & Africa.

•Lead the manufacturing plant Farm out team (of 4), VACR, Savings, Front End, Supplier Quality, PMTR, Qualification gap. Plant Farm Out activities include premium threading (VAM, Tenaris, Hunting, JFE&others), specialize coatings, Heat Treatment, Machining, Welding and others.

•Brought the reduction in qualification gap of team by mentoring & trainings to 50% from Y-2013 through Y-2018.
