“Employee retention strategy” in Susee groups pvt .ltd, Madurai.
The present investigation attempt to study the employee retention in susee group of companies private limited. The strategy of employee retention in the organization has been found as moderate. The researcher suggests to maintain the harmonies relationship between employers and employees and also suggests the organizational in recognition and awards to workers .
This project helped me to get deep knowledge about the workmanship and the workers affinity towards the organization.
“Employee satisfaction on welfare facilities” in Royal court, Madurai.
I have analyzed about the welfare measures provided in the organization, with the majority of five major departments such as Finance, Food and Bervage, front office, maintenances, housekeeping
respectively. From the analysis I came to know that the employees working culture can be improved in the hotel by selecting qualified employees. The project studies the welfare of the employees in the hotel which was challenging.
Finally the employee welfare measures can be highly satisfied by providing more welfare measures which are mentioned in suggestion.
“Quality of work life” in BSNL,Karaikudi.
Human resource departments are involved with efforts to improve productivity through changes in employee relations, based on this my project has undergone with quality of work life of the employees in BSNL whether they have good supervision, good working conditions, good pay and benefits and an interesting, challenging and rewarding job.
From this I came to know that Quality of Work Life is always challenging and changing. Future efforts should continue to improve the QWL by finding out the factors and the suggestions of the employees. By identifying strengths and weaknesses of the employees, training programs can be conducted to increase the productivity both in perspective of individual and organization.
