Kigezi Highland Tea Ltd
-Trained 114 crop-based production staff within 07 Districts of the project area and mentored them on tea value chain development,
-Worked with different districts to develop MoUs and implemented and managed MoU with each of the different Districts for better output performance.
-Over 45 tea estates were established, managed and supervised
-66 extension workers and estate managers were recruited, retained, coached and mentored into tea crop specialists.
-Developed an agricultural marketing system to enable smallholder farmers to market their produce.
-Over 1200 nursery bed operators and their managers were trained, mentored and backstopped to produce the required quality tea seedlings
-Over 35000 new smallholder farmers planted tea and are now in productions in the districts of Bushenyi, Mitooma, Rukungiri, Ntungamo, Rukiga, Kanungu, Kabale, Rubanda and Kisoro.
-6 tea processing factories have been constructed to meet the agro-industry, in Kanungu, Bushenyi, Kisoro and Kabale Districts
-Carried out over 25 radio talk shows on tea development project within the region.
2010 -2015
Kanungu District
-Over 5000 acres of coffee were planted and all the seedlings raised by local nursery operatorstrained, mentored and monitored
-On agro-industry: 2 tea factories, 20 coffee hullers, 15 rice huller, 40 maize/millet/sorghummilling machines were established by private entities and monitored of quality assurance and business development
-11000 acres of tea were planted and all the seedlings raised by 230 local nursery operators that were trained, mentored and monitored
-Over 8000 farmers were recruited to tea growing and more line of tea processing and factories have been established.

-Carried out and Conducted over 50 agricultural radio talkshows.
2005- 2010
Kanungu District
-Established over 200 demonstration plots and trails of Vanilla, upland rice, coffee, banana, pineapple, cabbages, passion fruits, maize, beans among others
- Introduced 18 women groups into savings and credit under AAMP.
-Carried out over 700 trainings of farmers and farm groups in food security, nutrition, sustainable natural resources use,
-Coordinated AAMP and NAADS at sub county levels.
