Job Responsibilities

Looking after the Maintenance, Operation and Troubleshooting of Boiler, Turbine, Auxiliaries, Fuel oil Pump house, CW Pump house, Auxiliary boiler system and Compressor System along with modification in DCS system as per the process requirement.

Handling all three shifts individually.

Involved in 6 AOH for both Units.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance of ABB DCS Symphony Harmony BRC-400.

Knowledge in MFT, ETS, DEH, RGMO, SCS and MCS system.

Support Operation team for Light up and Synchronization.

Conducting interlocks checking as per operation requirement & control philosophy.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting of TSI instruments such as Speed Sensors, Shaft Vibrations, Bearing Vibrations, Axial Shift, Differential Expansion, Keyphasor and Eccentricity of Turbine.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Governing valves of Main Turbine and TDBFP.

Preparation of SMP’s, SOP’s, Check sheets and HIRAC documents for all field instruments.
