Project Manager assigned to lead the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS) Mission Scheduling and Notification System’s (MSNS) Applications Development teams for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

Manager of dual location agile development teams developing and maintaining MSNS applications used to monitor available air traffic, prioritize available missions, assign marshals, monitor missions, and track mission statistics. Applications to include FAMIS, NGPortal, MocAuto, RTFD, TISS, ASOP and FFDO.

Team Lead for multiple scrum teams executing two to four-week sprint cycles engaging the government throughout the entire life cycle to ensure cross-functional awareness and collaboration.

Senior Program Manager September 2003 – July 2014

Provide Program and Project Management leadership for multiple government programs to include the Department of Labor and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Manage the operations of our Software Testing Center of Excellence (STCoE) team which provides testing support throughout the company. Manage the operations and budget of an 11,000 square foot data center, overseeing the day to day operations of hundreds of servers, racks and networking appliances. All functions include business development, budgeting, cost related activities, contract deliverables and staffing.

Project Manager for numerous projects in the areas of Infrastructure, Software Development, Quality Assurance testing, Verification and Validation (V&V) testing and automated testing.

Data Center Management for all power, floor and cooling capacity requirements, fire suppression systems, generators, UPS systems, cabling, maintenance records and inventory.
