Accountabilities

Responsible for the entire recruitment activity including sourcing resumes, conducting interviews, releasing offer letters, joining formalities, ensuring pre-employment medicals completion, maintaining the attendance records and certificates of all the employees along with archival

Monthly closing of the accounts along with preparing batch production cost reports, cast sheets and store receipt vouchers

Reconciliation of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables and General Ledger maintenance

Follow up with customers on receivables and preparing receivables overdue report

Additional responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing couriers, travel bookings for the staff and spa maintenance
