Responsible for creating teams from the different divisions of the company to aid in data clean up, data conversion, data upload, beta testing and training.

Successfully negotiated 11 long term contracts with some of the largest water and natural gas municipalities in TX adding $6million - $8million in revenue to the company year over year.

Manage all aspects of a Vendor Managed Inventory Contract including estimating, product selection, material pricing, labor pricing, inbound and outbound freight pricing, usages, inventory turns, initial and reoccurring inventory procurement, cycle counts, bimonthly inventories, warehouse inventory levels and stocking quantities, shipping and receiving of all materials in bound and out bound, sales order creation, invoicing and documentation control

Creation of part numbers, bin locations, and Minimums and Maximums for all inventoried items on all contracts

Review and analyze historical data to create usage and needs reports used for stocking and replenishment levels on all contracts

Manage teams physically doing bi-weekly inventories of customer warehouses and contractor yards

Review all inventories at all customer locations and contractor yards to determine replenishment needs

Oversee the transfer of stock from our warehouses to customer locations, scheduling of internal manpower to receive materials and physically stock materials on shelves and the replenishment of all inventory pulled from our warehouses

Creating spreadsheets to track existing inventory counts, materials shipped, materials transferred between Customer locations, materials shipped and used by customers contractors and real time inventory dollar valuations at each location and as a whole company wide for distribution to our customer

Oversee flow of all materials from the manufacturer or our warehouse direct to the customer, from the manufacturer to our fabrication shop and our fabrication shop to the customer site.
