- Project management of the project “King Abdelaziz Center for World Culture” in KSA on behalf of the Client “Saudi Aramco”; This project is LEED-NC registered, included some 75,000 m2 of diverse cultural facilities as museum with four galleries, library with over 300,000 books, digital archive, children’s discovery zones, education center with 5,500 learning events, innovation center, multi-purpose halls, retail, restaurants & cafes and others.
Managed the project on behalf of the Client to ensure timely development, execution, commissioning, start-up thru soft opening to ensure proper readiness for public operation (that includes financial budgeting, project construction, contracts award, programs (offerings) development, branding, partnerships, concessions, governance, risks, and budgets, etc.)
