ACTIVITIES

During my academic courses I contributed in two major projects, the details of which are appended below. The projects helped me gain valuable insights in the practical field particularly in practical implications and applications of the studied principles. PROJECT FOR B.E

PROJECT TITLE - AUTOMATION FOR BOTTLE FILLING OF OIL. Aim - The main aim was to design and manufacture low cost bottle filling machine with the use of Arduino instead of PLC considering financial limits of the company. Key Contributions –

a) Idea of using rotating disk for holding of bottle instead of a conveyor belt considering variations in sizes.

b) Machining of required parts.

c) Replacing load cell or level indicator with color sensor to cut down the cost and meet with other requirements.

d) Drafting of a comprehensive project report.

PROJECT FOR DIPLOMA

PROJECT TITLE - DEVELOPMENT OF PNEUMATIC PIPE CUTTING MACHINE. Aim - The developed machine(prototype) has a soul idea of reducing the cycle time and operator fatigue using the basic principles of pneumatics without using logic controls and PLC. Key Contributions –

a) Sourcing of pivotal parts for manufacturing exactly as per the required specifications. b) Further material procurement.

c) Design of pneumatic circuits

d) Drafting of a comprehensive project report.
