Job Responsibilities

Quality to optimize quality to ensure that products meet all specifications.

Responsible for the standardization of methods, review of data and reports and training of associates,

To maximize the service of the department to internal customers by meeting the demands of forecasted volumes

To optimize Yield and wastage to maximize the contribution of profitable of the department of the overall operation

To plan all necessary trainings to staff maximize efficiencies and safety within in department

Daily OEE preparation and reporting management

Line technical activities of the production and packing and overall responsible for production activities

Overall responsible for Raw Material and finished product quality to comply with PFA norms

Conducting shelf life studies for finished products in order to guarantee the freshness of the products.

Monitoring and evaluating the on line process records to minimize the loss/wastages,

Generated management reports in the process from stage to stage using the process

Handling customer complaints and conducting root cause analysis & preparing CAPA for the same.
