JOB PROFILE

Duties and Responsibilities – Facilities Civil Engineer

·Look after projects under AMC as maintenance civil engineer.

·Go for the site inspection as per clients' requirements and schedule for both AMC projects as well as external clients.

·Estimating materials and labor requirements and preparing the costing for costing.

·Planning and scheduling the works.

·Looking the site works.

·Controlling the labor and complete works in timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities – QA QC Engineer

●Acting as QA Executive for various projects like Towers and Villas under DAMAC Properties.

●Responsible for managing site Snagging team as per the Client’s priorities

● Doing pre handover inspection using SnagR and Onsite application.

●Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly reports for the clients.

●Arranging meeting with client representatives for the progress.

●Do inspection for civil maintenance work as per the client’s schedule.

●Prepare the inspection report and submit to the client for understanding.

●Estimate the materials requirements and their quantity.

●Do the costing for the inspected site works.

●Execute the job once the quotation approved in Quality manner.

Duties and Responsibilities – Project Site Engineer

●Acting as main technical advisor to subcontractors, operatives and crafts people with respect to construction site.

●Interpreting construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.

●Scheduling the weekly work progress as per master plan given by the Manager. In addition, pre schedule for site inspection for the concrete casting.

●Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as work force, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil works prior to execution.

●Planning and analyzing all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options for approval prior to execution at site.

●Supervise the site workforce and provide engineering and technical supports to all the civil work groups at site.

●Coordinating with Client / representatives for any site instructions, inspection of works and attends progress meetings with contractors.

●Coordinating wit QA/QC Engineer and ensure proper implementation of the QA/QC plan.

●Monitoring piling works.

●Monitoring all the rebar works and formwork of both substructure and superstructure as per drawings, specifications and as per schedule.

●Ensuring that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.

●Coordinates with client and site manager on a frequent basis to ensure that no issues are encountered.

●Controlling the level for overall foul drain system of the project as per the specifications.

●Supervising the foul drain construction and the road construction.

Sufri Bolkiah is the School project under the Ministry of Education which is G+2 building, consists of more than 40 class rooms. Its constructed with Pile Foundations., includes civil works like sewerage works, road works,drainage works and the Substation construction..

●Project Maktab Antony Abell High School(G+3)

●Client. Ministry Of Education

●Project Cost USD 3.7million

●Period November 2010 to February 2012

Maktab Antony Abell is the School project under the Ministry of Education which is G+3 building, consists of more than 35 class rooms. Its constructed with Pile Foundations., includes civil works like sewerage works, road works and drainage works. Also includes the Substation construction, And sewerage pumping station.

●Project Ugama Arabic School(G+2)

●Client Ministry of Religious Affairs

●Period March 2012 to December 2012

Ugama is the Arabic School project under the Ministry of Religious Affairs, which is G+2 building, consists of more than 28 class rooms. Its constructed with Pile Foundations., includes civil works like sewerage works, road works and drainage works., also includes the Substation construction.

●Project Special Forces Regiment of Royal Brunei Armed Forces(G+2), (G+3)

Special Forces Regiment of RBAF is consists 9 building which includes Administration buildings, Multipurpose hall, Swimming pool, cook house, Barracks, Warehouses, Prayer hall, 2 nos of substations and sewerage pumping station. It’s constructed with pile foundations. Which includes road works, sewerage works and drainages works, Substation construction.

New F Flat is accommodation project which was the abandoned project awarded to us when its structural works were in finishing stage. Which consists of 2 Apartments each one G+15. 2 numbers of pump rooms and Substation construction. It is also includes road works, drainage works and sewerage works.

Singles Soldier Accommodation is the Accommodation project under the Ministry of Defence, which is building, consists of male and female accommodations and Canteen. Its constructed with Pile Foundations., includes civil works like sewerage works, road works and drainage works., and also includes the Substation construction.

McDonald's Drive Thru Jerudong Park Project Cost around USD 1.7million. Which is G+1 building includes road works, sewerage works, drainage works and also we construct one septic tank.
