CLIENT: OIL INDIA LIMITED, DULIAJAN

Nature of work : Construction of 07 no’s of 160 Kls Capacity Crude oil storage Tanks ( 03 nos Tank without Dismantling of existing foundation +04 nos with Dismantling of existing foundation).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Project Management Activities, Resources, equipments and information.

• Monitor Project Progress and handle any issues that arise.

• Manpower handling and management aimed at the maximum utilization of the available resources.

• Before Start any Work within the Crude Oil and Gas storage area, Gas Test must be performed at Construction Area.

• Crude oil unloading from Existing Crude oil storage Tank.

• Dismantling of Existing crude oil tank with the help of Hydraulic jack

( capacity 12MT).

• Dismantling Foundation of existing crude oil storage tank.

• Construct New Crude oil Storage tank and Foundation.

• Following proper PPE at Construction area.

• Tool Box Talk has been carried out with all works & office staff before start the work.

• Review and approves Inspection and Test plan and developing Quality control documentation as per Quality Inspection Procedure. CLIENT: OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORPORATION (ONGC),JORHAT. Nature of Work: Construction of 6 no’s of 274 Kls Capacity Storage Tanks at ONGC ETP’S cum WIP projects,ASSAM Asset. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Project Management Activities, Resources,equipments and information.

• Review and approves Inspection and Test plan and developing Quality control documentation as per Quality Inspection Procedure.

• Monitor Project Progress and handle any issues that arise.

• Sort out all Technical problems.

• Manpower handling and management aimed at the maximum utilization of the available resources.

• Following HSE Regulation at Construction area.

• HR sheet Rolling on rolling machine for Tank Construction.

• Maintenance DG, Hydra, Drilling machine at Construction site.

• Weld visual inspection of Tanks.

• Conduct welder Test (1G,2G,3G & 6G) for the welding of Tanks & pipes

• Fabrication of GRE (Glass reinforced epoxy) pipes for ETP cum WIP project.

• Sand Blasting done on plate to remove the dust, scale and rust from the plate and painting done with proper inspection report of Tank bottom Plates.

• Use Hydraulic jack (12MT) for the lifting the tank shell to do construct the tank.

• Radiography and Vacuum Test on the Storage tank to check the quality of the welding.

• Performed Hydrostatic Test on storage tank.

• Performed Pneumatic Test on the RF pad of Nozzles of Tank.

• Grit Blasting and High solids Glass flake filled Epoxy Coating used for Internal Coating of Storage Tanks and D.F.T must be checked after application of Paint.

• After Sand Blasting use Inorganic Zn Silicate & Zn phosphate primer as well as Epoxy high build finish paint and Acrylic polyurethane finish paint on the External side of Tanks.

• Successfully Completed Fabrication, Erection and Commissioning of Storage Tanks.

• Create and Maintain Comprehensive project documentation, plans and Reports.

• Inspection of all types of Welding,Fabrication and Non Destructive Testing in plates and pipes.

• Successfully Completed Internal and External side Blasting & Painting of Storage tanks.

2) Worked with IOCL LPG BOTTLING PLANT, NORTH GUWAHATI UNDER CONTRACTUAL. project on LPG,FIRE HYDRANT &

SPRINKLER pipe line including DV Assembly, pipe rack and associated civil works for upcoming 8 Bay TANK LORRY FILLING SHED.

Responsibilities:

• Fabrication and Erection of GAS line pipes, HYDRANT line pipes and AIR line pipes.

• Review all Drawing of pipeline and structural with THIRD PARTY and IOCL EMPLOYE.

• Inspect visual test of structural and pipeline inspect by NDT.

• Welder Test has done for welding CS materials pipes (ARC WELDING) and MS Material Structural with THIRD party.

• Dry penetration Test has done of all pipelines.

• Pipe rack foundation has completed with Design Mix(M30) and CUBE TEST.

• Hydro test of all fire hydrant lines (10 inch).

• Maintain Measurement sheet of all Structural and Pipelines.

• Maintain Measurement of CIVIL WORKS.

• Prepare final layout for Both CIVIL and MECHANICAL job. Achievements:

• Successfully completed fabrication and Erection of Structural on the pipe rack foundation.

• Completed fabrication and erection of all pipe lines with proper inspection Documents.

• Hydro Test has completed of all hydrant and gas lines.

• Successfully completed all CIVIL FOUNDATION with proper inspection Documents.

3) FMC Technologies India Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad Assembly and Practical knowledge of testing towards SBMS-SL,NON-RISING STEMACTUATOR, CONNECTOR SHELL OWIRS 18-3/4”, Speed lock I & II, Elastomeric Seal & 30’’ Thread Connector Responsibilities:

● Testing: Performing the Component / Sub system Testing as per API 6A, API 17D and F1.13 standards.

● Inventory Management: Raising the requisition and procuring equipment / tools / special items needed as per the BOM of every test.

● Coordinating with the Product Engineers, Procurement Team and Customer for the efficient use of resources and uninterrupted testing.

● Calibration and maintenance of tools and equipment.

● Following the HSE regulations at the Test Lab.

Important Achievement:

● Successfully completed the SBMS-SL Seal (Straight Bore Metallic Seal for Speedloc Connector) Qualification Test and API 17D Testing of Elastomeric Seal.

● Performed the Qualification Test for BX Gaskets successfully

● Structural, High Pressure & High Temperature testing of subsea equipment (API 6A PR2, API 17D, ISO 10423-7)

● Part of the Test team which performed PR-2 Testing of Non-rising Stem type Actuator.

● Design, specifications, technical layout and completion of manifold for automated high pressure nitrogen gas booster system, low pressure hydraulic pump, vacuum tubing connecting liquid nitrogen tank to laboratory systems, pressure control unit working for actuation of hydraulic cylinders.
