Project :Alexandria Mineral Oils Com,AMOC,TARRADCO Alexandria yard Foster Wheeler, French and Maridive Group for Marine Works.

Responsibilities:

Serve as engineering representative on small capital projects.

Work with equipment suppliers and other vendors and contractors to ensure project goals are met & Coordinate field construction and work with personnel to ensure timely, cost effective and quality project results

Reviewing of previous records of Tanks, reviewing drawings, reviewing operating records, Performing Visual inspection for Tanks shell & roof, monitoring all other NDT activities (advanced and conventional). Settlement Assessment for storage Tanks & Dimensional check for storage Tanks (Roundness, & Plumpness) & Preparing inspection report with repair recommendation and inspection intervals.

Follow up repair process and inspection of the carried out repairs & Directed QA/ QC department to implement corporate ISO Quality System and QC activities & QC Activities,Mechanical testing laboratory for tensile tests, bending, impact tests, macro and microscope analysis of welds, chemical analysis of material. Dimensional and visual inspection material, welding and pipes.

Hydrostatic pressure test of steel pipes, visual inspection of weld and material, dimensional inspection of steel pipes .

Ability to prioritize tasks, Ability to coordinate operations with construction team, Detailed knowledge of other discipline scopes, roles, and responsibilities, Advanced knowledge of project team roles and responsibilities.
