Highlights of the role.

Lead a team consisting of 700 staff operating across different shifts 24 x 7, consisting of people from more than 20 nationalities. Team consisted of 7 direct reports who manage production of each zones.

KPIs that my team was responsible for were Health and safety Audit scores, accidents and near misses, factory Material variance, GMP (audit scores), factory Labor variance, Customer complaints numbers, service level achievement and quality audit scores,budget and P&L management, external audit scores etc.Maintained customer service at 99.5% and more throughout my time,reducing customer complaints by 10%.Health and safety audit score were improved from 75% to 93% with team effort and regular reviews.

I play lead role in the coaching team managers and looking after their learning and development and also managing succession plans of the future talent .Supporting HR team in talent acquisition and performance management are part of daily routine.

I played the factory lead for new product development production trials and successfully managing the trial process within production.
