DUTIES :

GOLF DAY(1 X JOHANNESBURG AND 1 X PRETORIA/CENTURION)

Responsible to arrange and manage both Golf Days which will be delegated by the Head of Marketing.

Full responsibility for income and expenditure budget.

Secure a date at the Golf Club a year in advance.

Confirm the prize giving meal with the catering company of the golf club in advance.

Manage the invoices and deposits required for the booking and catering.

Secure a headline sponsor.

Liaise with suppliers both externally and internally on design and scheduling of save the date, invitations, booking forms, menus and other relevant art work, six months before the event.

Secure four balls to fill the field at least three months before the event.

Secure hole sponsors, wet holes and fun holes.

Secure four ball prizes for at least the top five four ball winners.

Secure auction and raffle prizes for prizing giving at least three months before the event.

Ensure that the event is project managed to ensure the deadlines are met.

MARKET AND OPEN DAYS

Full responsibility of organising these functions, including income and expense budgets.

Communicate plan of action with Head of Marketing.

Secure venue eight months before event date.

Update as required Memorandum of Understanding with sponsors.

Liaise with service providers.
