Digital Treasury is replacing CMOL upon the merger program with SunTrust banking and it serves as the core online banking platform for mid-market commercial and corporate clients. It is the flagship Treasury solution for securely enabling clients to stay informed, manage payments, and strengthen controls. The primary functions include Real time reporting, transaction initiation (ACH, wire, RTP, loans payments/advances, transfers, and stop payments), and fraud/risk management (Positive Pay, Reverse Positive Pay).

BB&T cash manager online gives strong, authenticated access to crucial financial information. Cash manager has been used to manage payments, easily transfer funds between your accounts, send and receive ACH payments, domestic and international wire transfers. It also strengthen controls, Detect fraudulent activity and prevent losses with solutions like Positive Pay and Payee Positive Pay. Automate internal control procedures with customizable approval workflows Manage personalized access and entitlements for each user.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:

Analyzing application requirements to identify the scope of the release by active participation in stakeholders meeting with product owners, business analysts and Line of Business (LOB).

Developing test plan strategies create & execute test cases, track defects and report results. Performing requirement gap analysis, risk analysis, process mapping and root cause analysis to identify the impacts of the applications.

Perform payments testing across application with memo transactions, ACH systems with NACHA File Processing through Mainframe data sets, Wire with the acknowledgement of FTM and MTS along with the subsequent validations on MT103, MT202 and MT900 series of SWIFT/BIC MQ and also FED lines, RTP processing with FTM, Loans with AFS vision systems all interacting with TIBCO and to the up and downstream systems.

Performing API integration validations for various systems using SOAP/REST API services. Creating automate integration scripts in selenium using REST API & Postman.

Developing Selenium scripts (Java) for executing identified regression scenarios using CRAFT and TestNG framework under Maven build.

Creating and upholding Traceability matrix in ALM/Rally to assure full test coverage along with best quality of the product.

The OLB & SBO are core banking systems that enables the bank customers to logon to their accounts to check balances, execute account to account transfer, submit bill payments, and submit ACH & Wire transfers (SBO only). End to End testing of the OLB/SBO applications for enhancements and system defects that were scheduled into the system roadmaps. Primary test involves testing modules across online banking. Modules involved but not limited to payments, transfers, estatements, accounts and alerts. Transaction type, limits and card controls being the priority line of items that is considered as critical needs of testing. Starting from dashboard to linking accounts, an end to end test is being performed to ensure customer’s accessibility.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:

As a test engineer I had the complete ownership of the Manual and automation activities in AT&T Project, responsibilities include requirement analysis, designing and execution followed as per STLC standards.
