Supervise student fulfilment programs established at 20 campuses across Houston-ISD.
Review campus budgets to assure that there is sufficient amount of money per campus and that budgets are not being over drawn.
Frequently reach out to local and corporate donors to ensure campus support through aid and/ or contributions for low-income families and schools.
Assist in the selection of classes per campus in regards to student needs.
Verify the alignment of the LOGIC models per after school program and TEKS per class implemented in the program.
Directed and implemented multiple Family Engagement events that allows parents the opportunity to get more involved through hands on learning.
Reached out to local business and donors to assist in the funding for the continuation of the After School Program.
Recorded and clarified student data to allow easy interpretation of trends and needs among the campuses during semi-annual evaluations.

Assessed and broke down semi- annual budgets to fit campus needs. Money was distributed accordingly to extra pay teachers, afterschool vendors, supplies, equipment, ect.
Regularly hosted fundraising evets as well as reached out to local business for afterschool funding for low-income campus students.
Initiated semiannual contracts with multiple 3rd party vendors (H.I.S.D. approved) to assist in the education of 1000+ students.

Repaired SMART processing monitors, printers, projectors, laptops, and desktops with spare parts due to campuses limited budget.
Webmaster; Updated, trained and developed school and department websites with sometimes strict same day deadlines.
Configured campus computers and laptops.
Oversaw campus distribution, labeling and collecting of ALL technology equipment at three campuses.
i.e. Roosevelt ES, Bonner ES, and James H. Law ES
Created a partnership with APPLE Inc. allowing the distribution of NEW technology to students and staff.
Searched and applied virtual programs that supported teaches curriculum to assist the betterment of the children’s understanding of certain subject.

Collected benchmark (Beginning of Year, Middle of Year, End of Year) exams and correlated the data using SPSS to find trends.
I.e. Trends that show certain grade levels lacking certain skills needed to answer problems on said exams.
