PRA, Washington DC

Senior Event Producer

PRA is a privately owned Destination Management Company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. It is currently the largest DMC in the country.

Prepares all event documentation by coordinating details and history of each program with National Sales Manager and Senior Experience Designer. Works with client to create each event which includes F&B, Setup, Design, and Transportation in various venues throughout the Washington DC Metro Area. Creates and distributes Production Schedules detailing the specifications of each event to clients, guide staff, and suppliers. Works with suppliers to coordinate all services needed, contracts, site visits, and coordinates the load in and load out for each vendor. Identifies opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling. Creates and organizes manifests for each program requiring Transportation which includes the coordination of group arrivals and departures. Manages guide staff and tour guides scheduling, time cards, and the onboarding of all new staff. Prepares event close outs, post-cons, and final billing for each program.

Responsible for managing 100,000 square feet of meeting and exhibition space, along with room blocks, for an 834 room, 4-diamond convention hotel.
