Worked closely with the hospital CNO and Director of Quality to developed comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for a new, developing hospital. Services include pharmacy oversite of programs such as AHA stroke patient assessments and education, AHA comprehensive diabetic patient education, nursing controlled substance audits and admission and discharge family training counseling.

Improved hospital safe standards and practices as a P&T coordinator/presenter and committee member organizing collaboration among all departments in the appropriate selection of drug therapies, education on guidelines and newer therapies and identifying areas of opportunity for procedural improvement.
Developed medication education for patients, nurses and providers that included drug therapy management quick guides for UTI, Diabetes, Warfarin, Vancomycin and ESAs.
