Description: 1. Project Leader. The Vuca project consisted of 8 members, the objective was to solve a crisis for uber SA, our lecturer gave us a crisis for uber and gave the duty to do a press release, holding statement handling the social media platforms(fictional) for uber during the crisis. Our team had to solve this crisis within 24 hours. The project was successfully completed everything was in order and done on time. 2. On the communication plan we had to do a research phase for the NGO and analysing their SWOT and finding ways on how to help them deal with their weak aspects. On the Social media plan, we had to raise awareness for Kota Joe on all digital platforms.
