Direct and coordinate strategic planning, organization and execution of the HSE Management System including resource allocation, client relations, risk mitigation strategies, site audits, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, governmental representation, external committee involvement, budgeting, forecasting, subcontractor pre-qualifications and training.
To set up, evaluate and review Health and Safety Policy and Practice and to develop and implement policy and procedure documents as required in compliance with OHSAS-18001, ISO14001 and in compliance with UAE Local Laws and contractual requirements.

To issue and keep records of all injury reports and ensure safety statistics are documented, maintained and analyzed.
Conduct internal safety audits to monitor safety performance against prescribed standards and to provide feedback to management as appropriate.
