1. Operation Planning & Control in Vikings Division: Aug 2019 – Dec 2019

Each product’s historical data was analyzed and forecasted sales for the next five consecutive weeks.

Use of five different forecasting techniques to minimize the MAD.

Developed production plan, level, chase, and mixed policies.

MRP for all the four sub-products was calculated using the given ordering policy, safety stock and lead time.

Developed MPS record which included the planned order release of each sub-product from the MRP.

Capacity planning was developed for each of the sub-products and the combination of it all produced the aggregate capacity bill.

Performed cost analysis to minimize the cost-efficiency.

2. Process Improvement Project at Stone Universe Inc: Aug 2019 – Dec 2019

Identified the process lags that are contributing to the decreasing customers and applied Six Sigma DMAIC, Ishikawa diagram, 5Whys, X charts, Probability plots and Hypothesis test and improved the efficiency by reducing wait time to 36%.

3. Project Management: Analysis of Software Publishing Industries using Financial Ratios Jan 2020 – May 2020

Analyzed software publishing organization with the same NAICS Code (511210) based on financial ratios.

4. Business Analytics - Statistical analysis (logistic ordinal regression) of smart phone pricing by R Jan - Mar 2020. Project was built through three below phases.

Selection of Database and cleanup: Found a perfect dataset about mobile price classification from Kaggle. Cleaned the data for analysis using R, interpreted unknown variables, classified outliers.

Data Analysis: Analyzed the data using columns (variables) smartphone features like RAM, battery usage, internal memory, height, and pixel width across various mobile phone price ranges. Performed a logistic ordinal regression and correlation analysis to determine the features that affect the pricing strategy of mobile phones. Worked on the data and predicted the pricing using regression and classification Model.

Data Visualization: Created visualizations using the data to interpret\communicate results. Created plots and dashboards using ggplot2 and gganimate.

5. Supply Chain Analysis and Expansion of Walmart: Aug 2020 – Nov 2020

Explored Walmart's business decisions, including its mission and vision to serve the customers, competitive strategy, supply chain strategy, and how they are achieving a strategic fit and delivering values. As a team, we provided recommendations and solutions from the supply chain perspective to overcome challenges while achieving a strategic fit. Utilized decision tree analysis and Gravity location model for finding optimal distribution center in India, and as a result, we obtained "Madhya Pradesh" as a new location. Also, analyzed the biggest challenges in designing the network model in this location.

6. Grocery/Convenience Store Capacity Tracker Aug 2020 – Nov 2020

Designed an application for the customers that track the number of people at a given time in grocery/convenience stores using an AI device and provide current status about the capacity of utilizing an application as an interface. The system would make it easier for people to shop in an organized environment and have a safe shopping experience while adhering to the social distancing norms.

7. Cryptography in Systems and Network Security Aug 2018 - Dec 2018

A comparative study between various encryption algorithms like AES, DES, RSA, 3DES, and MD5 has been provided and their real-time applications were analyzed.
