Performed Design Economic at Pre-Contract Stage for Al Essayi Hospitality Program using elemental cost estimation based on Uniformat II at level II.

• Analyzed client’s budget for nine (nos.:9) hotels :(Construction, Soft, FF & E, and Pre-Opening Marketing) costs, in terms of unit price (SAR / Sqm), and user end function (SAR / Key)

• Reviewed and verified consultant’s cost estimate depending of the function and level of cost estimate (1-5), i.e., basis of cost (BOE) estimate at each stage of design: Pre-concept, Concept, Schematic, Design Development, and Tender Documents.
