Developed partnership with the operations group to identify and prioritize projects that created the highest value to our customers and field employees.

Member of acquisition team that surveyed pending sites and developed scope of work and budgets for over 40 properties in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida and greater Los Angeles areas.

Developed action plan for review of existing space utilization within the property and executed space mix design changes to increase revenue without adding building square footage to the property.

Worked with the development division to review new building plans and create value engineering criteria for projects located in my market.

In partnership with the operations group, developed new vendor pipeline for small R&M projects that would cover all properties in Southern California. This development enabled the operations group to effectively control costs and more importantly insure the right vendor was selected for the project.

Wachovia and Chase Banks—Developed rebranding action plan following merger with Washington Mutual Bank. Included all signage conversions and the development of 2 year capital expenditure plan following the acquisition.

Bed, Bath and Beyond—Was assigned a portfolio of properties to develop and execute in store remodels for properties in the Northeast.

Circuit City—Responsible for the development of plans for new builds and securing and overseeing qualified general contractors to construct stores in Arizona, New Jersey, Oklahoma and Texas.

Public Storage—Assisted with the rebranding of 280 properties in the Midwest following the acquisition of Shurgard Self Storage.

Assisted in the transition from a residential contractor with revenue of one million a year to a commercial restaurant contractor with annual sales in the 4 to 5 million-dollar range. This growth was a result of a strong client base and repeat clientele that was fostered by putting the client’s needs first and foremost.
