Responsible for consolidating the business plan to deliver Gross Margin at Benchmark levels for the most important Gillette Brand in Brazil. Led the capacity plant expansion to support the business growth by starting up a brownfield site by relocating equipment. Led the management team in a profit and losses (P&L) improvement program to deliver Gross Margin in a 3-5-year business plan. Implementation of the Continuous improvement program of Integrated Work Systems for Phase III (TPM, Six sigma, Lean and Toyota Production system). Implementation of a compensation (Pay and progression system) for unionized employees based on points (lead model in Latin America). Coordinated the creation and implementation of role descriptions for all managers and technicians level. Engaged the whole organization in a Zero Loss Journey through the sequential implementation of IWS.
