Supporting, guide and develop performance of the Associate Recruitment Consultant working with

Monitoring the effectiveness of the on boarding process and ensuring this is in line with internal compliance and client requirements

Responsible for conducting pre-employment checks on all successful & unsuccessful candidates and ensuring all additional vetting requirements are sent to the relevant department for completion in a timely fashion and are in line with company guidelines

Develop strong relationships with external service providers and recruitment agencies (highlighting any areas of concern and suggesting other ways of working

Ensuring feedback is given to local recruitment agencies on the candidates they are selecting to ensure continuous success
