1- Project Manager at Nicolas Srouji Establishment for contracting

Lebanon - Beirut

August 2018 to June 2020

The Project site covers location distributed over 34 locations in Jezzine CAZA and the works are mainly of two types: Civil and Electromechanical (Contract Amount USD 6 Million Financed By USAID).

Job Scope:

A- Civil Works:

Excavation trench and laying Pipes for 60 Kilometres (Ductile Iron and HDPE pipes.

Construction of Valve Chambers such as branches, pressure reducing valves, Air release valves, electromagnetic flow meters, etc 367 Chambers)

Construction of chlorination room & Pumps Room.

Construction of New Reservoirs Capacity between 100m3 & 2000m3.

Construction of new pumping stations.

Rehabilitation of Existing Reservoirs, ground well and Existing Pumping Stations.

Rehabilitation of Wastewater Treatment Plants.

Rehabilitation of Customer service centre.

B- Electromechanical Works:

Supply and installation of Electromagnetic Flow meter with all fittings and accessories along with data loggers and Scada softwear.

Supply and installation of chlorination units with all related pumps, alarms, injectors, fitting, and accessories

Supply and installation of software (Special software to analyze and Show the data transmitted through SMS for District meters, Special software to analyze and Show the data transmitted through SMS for Customer Meters)

Supply and installation of photovoltaic power sources

Water Meters installation

In addition and following the installation of the water meters and chlorination units training on operation and maintenance will be carried out for period of 1 week.

Job Role:

Provides day-to-day construction management and administrative responsibilities for all assigned on-site construction projects.

Oversee and drive multiple projects sites (38 Villages and locations).

Ensures project is on time, within budget and in compliance with contract documents. Delegates work to assigned staff.

Performs construction site and plant inspections regarding approvals in compliance with plans, specifications, codes and other contract documents.

Performs value engineering analysis, reviews change orders, prepares cost estimates and backup justification, and participates in negotiations with contractors.

Coordinates construction work and interfaces with SLWE Operations Departments and other user organizations.

Verifies and recommends for approval construction progress payments and invoices.

Recommends standard and criteria for design, and conducts constructability reviews.

Assists Community Relations Rep. and Line Supervision in dealings with the public on project related issues.

Lead the PMO related work for assigned Programs (e.g. related to creating, deploying, and monitoring compliance with PMO Governance and Framework Standards/Procedures.

Recommend and lead efforts to streamline the organization's processes and establish best practices.

Develop and maintain project plans and coordinate project activities - tracking accomplishments and results of assigned resources.

2- General Manager at QCD-Quality Construction Delivery

Iraq - Erbil / Lebanon Beirut

January 2015 to July 2018

a- Construction of Mem U Zein Twin towers 26 Floors in Erbil Kurdistan along with Three G+3 Service building and apartment. Estimated cost USD 15 Million. b- Construction of the connection From Jounieh-Jbeil Highway to Bwar Governmental Hospital in Lebanon (2 Km too way road wide 10m). Estimated cost USD 1.5 Million.

c- Construction of Baassir water network in Lebanon (40Km). Estimated cost USD 1 Million.

Job Role:

• Oversee and drive multiple projects sites.

• Lead the PMO related work for assigned Programs (e.g. related to creating, deploying, and monitoring compliance with PMO Governance and Framework Standards/Procedures.

b- Construction of the structural works of 1171 Villas with related amenities and infrastructure in Erbil Mass City Project. Estimated Cost USD 360 Million, over an area 1.2 million m2.

Job Role:

Work independently under broad, general supervision and in conjunction with the Design Project Manager.

Write and issue field orders, initiate change proposals for design team review and approval, estimate cost of changes, negotiate costs with subcontractors, and recommend acceptance to the Shareholder Board.

Supervise and direct the activities of Construction Inspectors, testing services and subcontractors.

Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from subcontractors.
