Which included consistent meeting with Senior Level Resources to escalate issues to proficient Subject Matter Experts to ensure SLA’s are met.
Managed Services Suite Development: Identified, designed and led implementation of multiple solutions to manage all areas of IT: workstations/servers, network, content filtering, antivirus, ticketing and documentation. Integrated with ERP to improve efficiency and billing accuracy.
Maintenance as a Service Program Development: Reduced labor costs by 70% via automation and process streamlining. Achieved a 99.2% on time execution of scheduled tasks while minimizing errors via task documentation and engineer training. Transformed from a cost center to revenue generator.
