DURATION-5 MONTHS

TOPIC- Influence of crimped type steel fibres and partial replacement of sand by iron dust on the mechanical properties of concrete. Submitted a thesis report on the above mentioned topic. Studied various properties of concrete and concluded the changes in its behaviour and properties like flexure strength, compressive strength and tensile strength when mixed with different percentages of iron ore tailings.

Academic project during fourth year of B.TECH

DURATION-3 MONTHS

It was a residential project. I worked with an established design and appraisal team. Supported the project manager and the managing team in day to day management of the project. Proven skills in effectively supervising,training and scheduling company employees with contractors and sub contractors to mediate conflicts. Interned at the construction site and monitored the foundation work.
