Team member in the start-up of medical manufacturing plant in Sunningdale group of companies various manufacturing site in China (Suzhou and Shanghai Plant) Malaysia (Johor Bahru and Penang Plant) Latvia (Riga Plant) and Mexico (Guadalajara Plant)

Team leader in technology transfer and new projects to various manufacturing site of Sunningdale group of companies.

Led the transferring, qualification and validation of Four (4) spin stack mold for medical customer in Latvia Riga Plant.

Responsible for planning, organizing and directing daily sustenance of manufacturing operations related to molding process and equipment engineering.

Reason for Leaving

The company wanted to move major operations to Johor Malaysia. Was requested to move over to join the Malaysian team. As family was new to Singapore and children were young then, decided not the right time to move to Malaysia. Hence decided to look out for job alternative.

Found a job in Nestle Singapore but the food industry was not my cup of tea. Hence decided to make a quick exit after about 3 months.
