PROJECT 1: CHECKING FIXTURES.

• Studying the checking position.

• Performed location Analysis on the surface as per the design guide lines & 3-2-1 principle.

• Created the slot position profile & cover the trim lines .

• Designing the location, clamping & checking points are selected as per GD & T drawing provided by the customer .

• Checked feasibility of the manufacturing process and heat treatment relation with the requirement.

• provide proper heat control of weld zone & filler metal clearance zone, channel outlets for welding atmosphere.
