Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform wide-ranging management duties with strong emphasis on employee recruitment through screening profile conducting interview handling negotiations and joining formalities.

• Maintaining employees and company information system

• Preparing payroll through MS- Excel and Pay slip generation

• Statutory compliance – Filing ESI, EPF monthly contribution and maintaining records

• Engaging employees welfare and benefits

• Take care of Joining formalities - Preparing Letter of Employment with company policy, On boarding, conducting introduction session, arranging ID cards uniforms etc., for new jonnies

• Take care of Exit formalities – Assign working handover periods, preparing reliving letter, experience letters and settlements

• Take care of employee engagements and employee relations, assist with management for yearly appraisal

• Immigration process – Visa / RP Extensions and related works

• Administration works –Company vehicle management, Maintaining HR records, Agreements, Bills, Immigration documents, Providing safety kits to site engineers Part time Experience :
