Manufacturing: - Implementing production plans & schedules for manufacturing arranging for resources to ensure achievement of organizational targets as per budgeted parameters. Handling production related tasks including planning, controlling, trouble shooting and achievement of targets in coordination with other functions. Planning schedule for press shop,weld shop assembly shop & Dispatch and logistic for ensuring seamless flow of operations
Proficient in implementation of various techniques of Line Balancing & Lean Manufacturing. Planning day-to-day strategies, production schedules, along with resource allocation. Preparing m/c health check sheet, process check sheet, work instruction for all production operations to control Quality of products. Modifications in equipment’s, process flow, working practices, consumables. Implementing techniques to reduce all types of losses (Down time, Quality loss, Minor stoppages) etc. Implementation of 5S, OEE & KAIZEN activity on shop floor. Managing overall activities on Shop floor for production.
Maintaining quality standards & implementing stringent quality control systems for all operation to enhance quality of product & reduce the rejection rate.

Recruitment of suitable Group leaders / Operators for Assembly shop.
Monitoring the monthly attendance, overtime status of all workmen & Co-ordinate with HR.
Arrange training for workmen to creating awareness about total productivity management system, 5’s Activity.
Controlling Absenteeism through daily monitoring the attendance & carrying out counseling.
To participate in Shop Council Meeting in each meeting area of shop floor. To ensuring development of skill of new operators on training.
To preparing the Line Rejection and review the corrective action to avoid an extra work.
Planning for elimination of Major Repetitive Defects for reduction of Repair Cost.
Monitoring the Customer complaint and taking Countermeasure to make it at zero Level, to reduce the Rejection Cost.
To look after overall function of Production / Assembly related Domestic Direct / Indirect Consumable Purchasing.
To provide different purchase & stores related MIS to management.
Planning and Executions of the manpower for Store Activity, Hold Part Repair and prepare status on daily basis.
Monitoring the Consumption & Inventory status of Direct & Indirect Process material on weekly basis with respect to approved budget. Review of Hold Part Repair Station daily basis.
Save money by reducing operations, scrap, In-process rejection & manpower.
Reduce the Accidents in Shop by Improving the existing machine operating system.
