336 Test: Focused to determine warranty hits.

HMSR Test: High mileage test focused to determine powertrain quality and reliability.

• Tested and reviewed pre-production [prototype] and production vehicles for potential warranty impacts. Raised issue awareness related to Powertrain, Body, Exterior, Interior, Supplier, Chassis, Electrical, NVH, etc during disposition meeting

• Validated and conducted the investigation for the problems found during the test. New model launch quality validation.

• Presigi Test- Evaluated end of line vehicles as per Fiat Chrysler audit standards and categorized the severity of the issues identified during Dynamic and Static checks to meet high quality standards

• Used CDA software to perform On Board Diagnostics (OBD) of Jeep Wrangler JL to identify DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) issues received from the (ECU).
