MOTIVATION LETTER

My name is Happiness Okechukwu Ihemereze, male, with a master's degree in International Trade and Entrepreneurship at Ural Federal University, Yekaterinburg, Russia.

I have several years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative in the educational, financial, real estate, and energy industries, where I handled various customer issues and helped in promoting the image of the organization. I also have other skills like Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL Certified), Microsoft 365, Google Suite, Cash Handling, Administrative Support, Data Entry, Clients Relationship Management, Telemarketing/ Sales, and Microsoft Office Suite. These skills have aided me to multitask on various duties with little or no supervision.

I also love traveling as I have been to South Africa, The United Arab Emirates, and now, Russia. I have a quiet home-office environment, laptops with webcams, a separate detachable webcam, headsets, a fast internet with a direct wired network cable {Mr. Tronic 15m Ethernet Network Patch Cable CAT5E, AWG24, CCA, UTP, RJ45 Colour Grey (15 Meters) (New)}, and a phone that makes working remotely convenient for me.

My motto remains meeting up with sales targets, customer satisfaction, and prompt service delivery. I love resolving customer issues through Face-to-Face, Phone Calls, Live Chats, Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, e.t.c. My customer service experience in the financial, energy, education, and real estate industries have taught me to remain calm when customers are frustrated, listen to their complaints, prefer a solution, and ensure that these errors do not occur again. This working pattern appeals to me because I have worked both day and night shifts in the banking sector, answering calls and resolving various customer complaints using the bank's live chat app called Gtconnect.
