DUTIES: Procurement and Engineering Administrator. Coordinate meetings, arrange for facilities to do all floor space changes, coordinate with IS&T to set-up and deliver computers and phones for existing and new employees. Arrange offsite project function and employee team building functions. Process MyTime authorization forms for new employees, process time records, order supplies, pick-up and distribute mail.
