Preparation of preventive maintenance schedules for vehicles and equipment.

Use right & qualified person with experience for repair & maintenance

Maintaining record for monthly reconciliation of diesel & miscellaneous items.

Monitor and control maintenance costs.

Weekly checking and provide support to update reports in EIP System.

Prepare MIS reports relating to machinery & power tools for higher management.

Prepare summary sheet monthly for vendors billing process.

Networking with vendors and OEM suppliers for timely supply of spares /accessories/tools etc.

Update log-sheets punching on daily basis in EIP System.

Ensure that all P&M assets are kept in good working condition and maintained with least downtime.

Devise methods to train operators/mechanic sand develop skilled workforce for effective operation

Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
