Human Resources Executive & Administration Management

• Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.

• Coordinate with employees/candidates to conduct relevant interview.

• Continually educate employees on company policies

• Keeping all records of daily placements, keeping logs and records of registered candidates with

proper data excellence.

• Administer or change benefits, working style, plans, etc. for better performances.

• Book keeping of transactions for upper management.

• Coordinate in operations held between company to company.

• Making reports of daily work and official activities and plan better ways to aim the goals of the

organization.

or grievances they may have.
