Exports-CBU Vehicles & CHASSIS –Operation Mode of Roll -on Roll-out:

RORO / Car Ocean-freight & Container Freight negotiations with Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarders. and Shipment bookings, Scheduling, Planning, monitoring & control.

Contract Management with Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarders Accounts’ Management.

Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly & Annual Shipment maximization and target achievement.

Liasoning with Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarders & Port Offices (PDI-cum-stockyard

For Land Port Operation - Bangaldesh,Nepal,Bhutan Exports vehicles movement through by on Road Mode/Truck on Truck at the Indian Borders, CHA file the Shipping bills and After Customs Clearance Complete same handing over to Customer’s CHA.

To collect necessary documents from external agencies Original BL from Shipping Company, Certificate of Origin from Chamber of Commerce, Legalizations at Embassy’s etc within short time

To forward post-shipment docs to Export Finance within the stipulated period for submission to Bank for getting payment.

To arrange & follow-up the Transporter for Vehicle tracker movement.

Finalization of Ships with lowest Freight Rates.

To minimize sea freight to the maximum extent possible.

To take proper insurance coverage for the export vehicles lying in various body-builders locations.

To ship the vehicles on time as per Customers requirements.

Daily Dispatch Simulation preparation from each Exports sales yard.

Daily Business allocation to transporter & Ensure regular payment to Vendor

Exports-SKD KITS & Containers – Mode of Containers Shipments:

To Coordinate with SKD Center & International Operation Team & Sourcing Supply Chain Team to get monthly Plan.

To Coordinate with SKD team &HO logistics team &CHA, Placing the Container as per Vessel Schedule.

As per customer requirement move the cargo/CBU units through by Containers ( Cargo stuffing at CFS yard same Complete Customs Clearance Completed move the Containers to Ports)

To minimize sea freight to the maximum extent possible.

To Stuff the Packing materials in the Container Wise as per design of packing procedure.

To prepare the invoice and Packing List to get Self Seal authorization Signature from Plant Level Excise deparment.self sealed the Container inside of factory follow the Customs procedure

To move the Container along with necessary documents for Customs Clearance.

To Coordinate with CHA and prepare the Shipping bill filling along with BL draft same acknowledgment getting from Customer End and instruct to Liner as per Customer requirement to release the Bill of Lading after Vessel sailing.

To forward post-shipment docs to Export Finance within the stipulated period for submission to Bank for getting payment,

To get the Vessel on board Confirmation from Linear & CHA submit to Final invoice copy along with container & inform to Customer for Vessel arrival confirmation.

To get BL Copy & Shipping bill from Liner same Circulate to Customer end before arrival of Vessel at destination place to prevent the Detention Charges to Customer End.

To follow up with CHA/Freight Forwarder to Complete EGM/IGM at customs portal same Communicate to Exports Finance get DBK Rebate Claims.
