Role: Marketing Support Representative
Responsibilities:
Worked with multiple vendors to determine a reasonable rate and coordinated for the timing and means of delivery.
Monitor and co-ordinated on product deliveries to make sure the quality and quantity are correct till it reaches customer.
Monitor vendor compliance/commitment to the customer as per the contract in terms of vendor errors like delays/late deliveries, quality, packing etc.
Monitoring and Maintaining Daily Status Reports of Clients, like there update on shipment, exact time of planning for delivery.
Working with internal departments to determine customer requirement.
Continuous updating data/information given by supplier’s such as updating commit dates, reschedule dates, price details, Qty details, shipping details.
Continuous follow up with supplier for part commit dates, reschedules & factory stock check.
Track orders from PO processed until delivery.
Resolving PO issues, delivery issues, inventory issues & packaging issues.
Create RMA orders to resolve part damages, packaging & invalid date codes.
Ensure PO’s are sent to suppliers on time either via EDI/manually and get acknowledgement from them. Also constant follow up for timely delivery.
Create Rush Receipt for urgent customers.
Customer Co-Ordination, to satisfy their doubts & clarification regarding shipments.
Provide KT to new joiner about project.
Using Vlookup,pivot table, shortcuts and formula functions, sorting and filtering data, basic knowledge on macro.
