CARRIER PROFILE: -

Having 12+ years in depth experience in Electrical maintenance. Worked as an Electrical Maintenance shift in charge over 10 years in STEEL MAKING PLANT (CONTINUOUS CASTING PLANT) of 3.6 MTPA capacity plant and Working as a Deputy department in charge over 2 years in Steel Service Center (CR/HR Slitting and shearing)

ROLES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES: -

Planning scheduling and implementation of predictive, preventive maintenance of DC & AC motors, drives and field devices

Timely action for breakdown maintenance, In house repair, spare preparation, external co ordination with vendors

Scheduling and execution of Switchyard, Transformer and diesel generator PM, oil filtration, DGA analysis, filters and spares replacement.

Well Knowledge in maintenance and troubleshooting of AC drives (Siemens Simovert, Sinamics, Yaskawa and AMTECH) & DC drives (Siemens simoreg) and all field equipment

Knowledge in Siemens PLC S7300/400 troubleshooting and Tata Honey well PLC programming and troubleshooting,

Knowledge of LT BREAKERS (up to 4000 amps), TRANSFORMERS (up to 2MVA) and 725KW DG Maintenance with quality and safety.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting of EOT CRANES up to 100 Tons

Material planning through SAP, notifications against the work activities, Work orders timely execution and completion in SAP.

Manpower, material and critical spares managements

Documentation work for internal and external audits like IATF and GACC

Preparing and maintaining MTTR, MTBF machine availability, Energy monitoring, calibration and modification records.

CAPA (Corrective action and Preventive action) for every major breakdowns

MIS data preparation

Having experience in EOT cranes up to 100T & EOT tong crane (85T capacity), 20T gantry crane, ZIP cranes a semi gantry cranes.

Coordinating with government authorities for electrical yearly inspection and equipment certification.

Coordination with third party vendors for repairs and services

Having excellent knowledge in SAP-plant maintenance module and material management module (PM & MM)

Active member in IMS in core team (HSE, QMS)

Safety Culture Development by Safety Awareness like Tool Box Talks, SAM, SOP and HIRAC for maintenance activity & its knowledge sharing / usage, Near Miss/SAM Reporting.

In-house – Knowledge sharing and Field training.

Weighment maintenance of 100MT.
