Recruitment and Selection Process.

• I plan, implement and manage the overall talent acquisition strategy. In this regard, I adeptly manage and coordinate talent management process in terms of, shortlisting suitable candidates, preparing test questions and coordinating aptitude exercise (online and offline) and maintain the database.
