Preparing reports and policies: - Engaged in writing reports for projects which were shared with the National Environment Management Association for assessment before issuance of project licences.
Mediating matters of conflict: -Liaised with the sociology department to engage the various communities and help tackle any issues or concerns they may have regarding intended projects that were being undertaken in their environs.
Planning and attending meetings: - I had an opportunity to sit in for board meetings where the structure and expenses of the projects were discussed and funding opportunities tabled.
Building links with other groups and agencies: - Was also able to build and solidify networks with people from various agencies as the company got the opportunity to subcontract with other leading environmental specialist company.
