Work Description:

Manage and supervise all the staff within financial department in JV in performing their delegated tasks.

Ensure that the performance of various assigned tasks, and the conduct of staff are in accordance with the financial policies and procedures as described in their job description.

Prepare all financial statement, reports required by the Law and the requested ones from H.O. in Dubai as well.

Monitors compliance with Egyptian Accounting standards ( EAS ) .

Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.

Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.

Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times.

Maintain day-to-day work (financial control, paper works, supervision, book keeping, decisions…etc.).

Cash management through controlling the flow of cash receipts and disbursements to meet the business and investment needs of the company.

Maintains the fixed assets inventory system by supervising the recording of all items in the inventory, maintain pertinent records and ensuring adequate treatment of fixed assets acquisitions and retirements.

Assure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations and laws.

Prepares financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current financial position on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Provide and interpret financial information to consolidate accurate financial reports.

Develop financial management mechanisms and design internal control procedures to minimize financial risk.

Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out to release the financial statements

Develop external relationships with auditors, bankers, tax authorization, etc...

Monitor cash flows and predict future trends then analyze change and advise accordingly

Ensure that the fundamental technology needs of the company are available and that the tasks and activities are performed efficiently and cost effectively

(in coordination with the IT Division.

Liase between the comopany and our H.O. in Dubai through exchanfging debt notes issued by both parties .
